We ship quickly and use only reputable shipping companies. You always have the option of regular shipping or expedited shipping. When paying you can click on the options and enter your zipcode to determine the cost and best option for you. All items are generally shipped within 3 business days of the order. Any delay in shipping will not exceed 7 days. If we anticipate that delay, you will be contacted. If the delay for shipping it out exceeds the 7 day window, we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling the sale. All items are normally shipped via Fedex Groud or USPS. Expedited shipments are bumped up in our shipping order internally. Normally items ship on the 3 business day, but expedited orders go out the first available shipping opportunity. Normally that is Next day and sometimes it may go out same day. EXCHANGE POLICY: SpeedySolutions is a private seller and is not associated with any manufacturer or dealer. The items we sell are new with tags or in manufacturers box unless otherwise stated in the listing. Seller does not represent any manufacturers warranty. Seller offers no extended warranties for items sold. See Warranty Information for more details and how to pursue a warranty if you want one. Items are sold with guarantee that it will not be DOA (Dead On Arrival). If there is a DOA, it must be reported within 3 days of the arrival of product at destination. Arrival times are verified with the shipping company. Seller will repair or replace items if terms above are met at the sole discretion of the seller. Buyer will pay all shipping charges to return the DOA product and to ship a replacement or repaired item. Product must be in original unused condition and packaged in original undamaged container for this exchange or repair to be valid. If a buyer requests a refund, seller will offer refunds, unless otherwise specified in the main listing text, and provided the following conditions. Please note that seller does not refund shipping cost and does deduct actual shipping costs incurred in the original shipment even if the item was listed as a "Free Shipping" listing. Shipping costs are never refunded. Original fees charged by our web service provider for the sale of the item and listing fees will also be deducted from the refund. Regarding the conditions of a return: The item must be returned in original unused condition at buyers expense. Deductions are normally near 20% of the original total you paid. That is our restocking charge. Additionally, Exchanges or refunds are only offered when the buyer notifies the seller within three days of products arrival. We verify the date of arrival with the shipping company. Any request for exchange or refund beyond the 3rd day after arrival will be denied. Once you contact us, we will give you an RMA which is a return authorization number that will be noted on your return. Once the item is received back, we will inspect it. Please understand, any evidence of damage to the item that was not reported within the 3rd day will be the responsibility of the buyer. In other words, please report all issues with the item when you report the problem with the item. We will deduct any unreported damages from the refund. All reports must be made using email system with email address indicated in the contact the seller portion of our website. We don't respond to any other email system or phone calls for this report. Failure to use the email will result in a failure to report. It is our goal to make sure you get the item we describe. We report manufactures specifications on our listings. The only time we would say anything other than what the manufacturer states is when we add an opinion that would say we believe it is less than what the manufacture states. In order to be legally correct, we will still list manufactures specifics and then clearly say it is our opinion that it might be less than what the manufacture states. An example of this would be that maybe the manufacturer says the item is good for ages 3-7. We would list that as what the manufacture says, but we would say our opinion is that it is better suited for up to 5 years old. You can see by this statement that we are willing to say what the manufacturer says, but we are letting you know that we would not recommend buying it for anyone over 5.
